Housing Options

Welcome Home, Changemaker.

Live in the center of campus with room to study, connect, and make college your own. The Epicenter offers housing for students at different stages of their University of Utah experience, from traditional first-year rooms to apartment-style living and Endcaps featuring Premier Single bedrooms arranged around a spacious shared common area.

Start with the experience you want: a private or shared room, apartment-style living, or the close-knit environment of an Endcap. Every option includes access to the Epicenter’s shared study and gathering spaces, free laundry on each residential floor, high-speed internet, secure mail and package delivery, and on-site support.

Traditional single rooms give one resident a private bedroom within a residential-floor community. Residents share a community kitchen, bathrooms, lounges, and study areas with neighbors.

Traditional double rooms house two residents and offer a familiar first-year residential experience. Residents share a community kitchen, bathrooms, lounges, and study areas with neighbors.

Four- and eight-bedroom apartments combine private bedrooms with shared in-unit living space. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, bathrooms, and a common work or living area.

Endcaps combine a Premier Single bedroom with an expansive shared suite for approximately 18 to 20 residents. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a large kitchen, shared bathrooms, and generous lounge space create a close-knit residential experience with views of the surrounding campus and mountains.

TO BOOK A PREMIER SINGLE ROOM WITHIN AN ENDCAP, MAKE SURE TO SELECT "ENDCAP" IN THE UNIVERSITY BOOKING SYSTEM.
