Make your home at the heart of the University of Utah in a community of Changemakers built for connection, curiosity, and action. The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter brings together nearly 800 students with different interests, backgrounds, and ambitions—giving them more ways to learn from one another, turn ideas into impact, and shape what comes next.
A place dedicated to inspiring students – where you can live, learn, and collaborate with purpose.
At the Epicenter, students can build friendships, explore new ideas, and connect what they study with the issues they care about. Located in the center of campus, the six-story building brings together student housing, shared spaces, events, and a range of programs and experiences supported by Prosperity U and the Sorenson Impact Institute.

Choose the living arrangement that fits your year, your routine, and the way you want to connect. The Epicenter offers traditional single and double rooms, four- and eight-bedroom apartments, and private bedrooms within Endcap Communities.

Life at the Epicenter makes it easier to meet people who share your interests—and people who see the world differently. Residents can attend events, take on student leadership roles, and participate in programs that connect business, health, service, and social impact.
The Epicenter's Forum is a gathering place where residents and changemakers across campus come together to collaborate, learn, and engage in innovative programming around being a force for good in the world. It features a café, ample study space, and hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year.

There is always something happening at the Epicenter, from concert series to service projects, within the Forum and the Pavilion.
