Plan Your Next Year at the Epicenter
Upper-division housing sign-ups for the 2027–28 academic year open October 5, 2026. First-year housing sign-ups will open in January 2027. Space is limited, and some room types may fill early.
How to Apply
- Apply for admission to the University of Utah if you are not already admitted or enrolled.
- Complete all required steps in the University Housing Booking Portal when your application period opens.
- Indicate your interest in the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter and complete any Epicenter-specific questions required for placement.
- Review themed-community opportunities and submit any additional application materials if you want to join one.
- Watch your university email and housing portal for notices, deadlines, and room-selection instructions.
Important Dates for 2027-2028 Housing
- October 5, 2026: Upper-division housing sign-ups open for current University of Utah students
- January 19, 2027: First-year housing sign-ups open for incoming freshman and transfer students
