A Place to Live Learn and Contribute
The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter is a residential and learning community at the University of Utah. It brings student housing, shared gathering spaces, and university programs together in one building so students can form meaningful connections and take part in work that improves lives and communities.
The Epicenter is home to nearly 800 University of Utah students in the center of campus. Its residential floors offer several room types, while its shared spaces create room for studying, conversation, events, and collaboration.
The building also houses Prosperity U and the Sorenson Impact Institute in the Changemaker Pavilion. Their presence connects students with programs, ideas, and professionals working across business, health, impact investing, and community development. Students do not need to follow one major or career path to belong here. The Epicenter is designed for people who want to learn from others and use their interests in purposeful ways.
