Housing Options

The Epicenter is more than just a place to live - it's a dynamic community uniting motivated students who are driven to make our campus, communities, and world better. The building is located in the heart of campus with convenient access to the Student Life Center, Trax (light rail) stations, buses, dining, and many other nearby University resources. It will house 778 residents in three different housing options, each designed to meet the unique needs of students throughout their academic journey.

  • End-cap Communities are the premier option at the epicenter, featuring private sleeping quarters and spacious community lounges with stunning views.
  • 4- and 8-bedroom apartments feature private bedrooms, bringing apartment-style living to this choice location on campus.
  • Classic single and double rooms provide residents with shared bathrooms, kitchens, and workspaces in a community setting.

End-Cap Communities

End-cap Communities are the most coveted spaces on campus. They feature private sleeping quarters, exceptional views, and roomy shared spaces where the community of 20 students can gather and connect. Single bedroom units open to expansive floor-to-ceiling windowed lounges that showcase dazzling mountain views. End-cap communities provide students with a dynamic residential experience. Each bedroom features a double bed, window, desk, and wardrobe, accompanied by a community-shared kitchen, workspace and bathrooms. It’s easy to see why these communities are the premier residential option at the Epicenter.

Apartments

The Epicenter brings apartment-style living to a premier on-campus location, allowing students to live together as a groups of friends without sacrificing convenience. Both 4- and 8-bedroom units are available. Units feature private bedrooms with bathrooms, and a shared full kitchen and workspace, providing a more intimate setting for residents.

Singles and Doubles

Classic single and double rooms house one or two people. Residents share bathrooms, kitchens, and lounge space with adjacent residents on the floor.

The Forum

The forum is a gathering place. It's where Epicenter residents and changemakers across campus come together to collaborate, learn, and engage in innovative programming around being a force for good in the world. It features a café, ample study space, and will host a wide variety of events throughout the year.
